Rachel graduated from the University of Ulster with an undergraduate degree in Music and went on to complete her PGCE at Liverpool Hope University to teach Music at Secondary Education.
Rachel has undergone her graded exams in both Music theory and Vocal studies with the Associate Board of the Royal School of Music, achieving a distinction at grade 8 singing.
Rachel performed as a member of the University of Ulster Choir throughout her time at university and travelled to New York to sing under the direction of Conductor Paul Mealor, whilst also being a member of the International Acclaimed Codetta Choir, based in Derry City.
She has been teaching for many years including Pauline Quirke where she taught musical theatre.
Currently Rachel is the music teacher at Broughton Hall school, teaching key stage 3 and 4.
She is a talented vocalist who has a passion for sharing her love for singing with others.
