LIPA's policy is to recruit the very best staff. Our tutors have performed and have relevant qualifications in their discipline. They are also hand-picked for their skills in working with young people.

LIPA is registered with the Disclosure and Barring Service. Our tutors and assistants hold a fully enhanced DBS check.
